Shipping policy
We only offer Standard Shipping (4-7 Business Days) based on weight, that is calculated at checkout. Heavier, oversized, and bulky items may require additional shipping charges. You will be notified if your order requires additional shipping charges. We ship Exclusively by UPS and USPS.
Orders with Standard Shipping typically take between 24 and 48 hours to be processed and shipped. Weekends and holidays are excluded from processing and shipping times, so please keep that in mind when choosing your shipping method. You will receive an e-mail with your tracking information when your order has been shipped.
Credit card authorization and address verification must be received prior to shipping any order. Please note that credit card authorization can take up to 24 hours for approval. We use UPS as our preferred shipping carrier and therefore no P.O. Boxes can be used. Some orders may be shipped using USPS, depending on your delivery address. Please remember your shipping time does not include Saturdays, Sundays or Holidays. You will be notified by email regarding back ordered items and expected delays.
